What we collect
When you request a quotation or meeting, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, company, email, phone number, preferred date, budget and project notes.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand your brief, respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a meeting and maintain a record of the conversation.
How it is handled
Form details may be transferred to WhatsApp when you choose to continue there. When the production backend is activated, inquiries will also be stored securely in ZEO’s customer inquiry system. Access is restricted to authorized ZEO team members.
Service providers
ZEO may use hosting, database, email, messaging and scheduling providers to operate the website and respond to requests. Providers are only given the information needed to perform those services.
Analytics and local storage
Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled until you choose to accept analytics. If accepted, it helps ZEO understand visits, page activity and outbound links. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, project administration and applicable record-keeping. You may ask ZEO to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to any required retention.
